Nice glass eyes, color,
tough bait, misc chips
and pointers, and rubs, rear treble has been replaced.
marked collar, L-rig, misc chips and pointers, age lines
L-rig, nice eyes, name stamped on bottom, various chips and pointers.
Note: looks like an old fisherman tried to attach a lip .. small holes under chin?
L-rig, great eyes, marked tail plate, varnish removed, small chips .. underside on tail, age lines ..
Cup hardware, nice eyes, various chips, drags on bottom, age lines.
Note: Only catalogued from 1924-1926 .. a very tough bait ...
Simple screw hook rigging, double hooks, nice painted eyes, and blush, several chips on bottom, great paint and beautiful color.
Note: This is a wood bait from England .. Most baits made by this company were metal.  Little is know about their wood baits.
Simple screw eye rigging, major flaking, chips, a good example of the "simple" line for this company .. most baits found are green/white.
1913 .. cup rig hardware, nice eyes, unmarked props, "round body" version, major chipping and front prop loose .. rough bait.
color:  green blend
1915 .. First version .. eyes are painted "holes", neverfail hardware, name stamped under inside mouth, major chipping, belly hardware and hook missing, still a very tough bait ...
This bait is believed to have been produced for Abby & Imbre ... a similar story during this time with Pflueger "Octopus", and the Heddon "Hiawatha" minnow.
1910-1914 .. great color/paint, plain props, see-thru flat plate hardware, various chips underside at tail, and belly weight, paint and varnish loss, age lines underside, missing left treble.  Rare and desirable bait and very difficult to find in any condition ...
